Villa Decorum Agreement

Thank you for choosing us for your Goa holiday.

  • Check in Time is 1400 hrs Check out Time is 1200 hrs
  • Complimentary breakfast from 9am to noon daily. Depending on the villa you have selected, menus for Lunch, Dinner and Snacks are available, we request that you order all meals well in advance with the villa staff at the time of Breakfast . All meals are served in the dining area.  
  • For food from outside, a service charge may apply.
  • Wine & Beer: Guests are requested to carry their own tipple. Mixers like colas, etc can be arranged at an extra fee.
  • Towels are provided to each guest on arrival and are changed every 3 days. We request you not to take the white towel to the pool/ to the beach.
  • Pool Timings are 8am to 8pm.
  • Use of the swimming pool is at the sole risk and responsibility of the guest(s). No diving please.
  • Plastic glasses are provided should you want to have a beverage by the pool.
  • Children at the pool must be supervised by an adult, at all times.
  • Most villas have a music system/speaker which guests can use. In accordance to local Goan Law, we request guests to keep the music levels to a moderate level after 10pm.
  • Laundry: Drying of clothes is to be done in designated areas. Please ask the villa attendant where the clothes can be hung to dry, villa owners do not allow guests to use the balconies or furniture inside the villa for drying laundry .
  • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. There are ample designated smoking areas, outside the villa or on balconies and terraces. .
  • Non-Residents are not allowed into the villa without the written permission by management. Only those guests that are registered at the villa may stay overnight at the villa.
  • Daily housekeeping service is available between 9am – 5:30pm, this can vary from villa to villa.
  • Guests are requested not to assign any duties to the housekeeping staff who are under instruction from the guest house manager.
  • Mosquitoes love Goa! Guests are advised to get their favourite anti-mosquito lotions.
  • For disposal of non-biodegradable hygiene product waste like diapers, etc. kindly place them in a plastic bag and leave beside the dustbin.
  • Guests are requested to use the designated parking available and may vary from villa to villa.
  • Arms and ammunition are not allowed within the guest house premises.
  • We have a strict no drugs policy.
  • Pets are not allowed in the guest house premises without prior permission. Some villas do not allow pets.
  • The guest(s) shall be liable for losses or damages caused by them, their pets, their employees, other assistants or event participants with respect to the guest house property and assets.
  • The Guest House assumes no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables; kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings.
  • The management will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from use of any of the guest house facilities or for accidents occurring from the guest house premises.
  • The manager requires a refundable security deposit paid at the time of check-in equivalent to one night’s tariff. This can be done via Paytm or Cash on arrival or a Cheque which will be deposited and a fresh refund will be made at the time of check out provided there is no damage to the property and all F&B bills are settled.
We request you to honour the house rules. Any guest found violating the above rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of the entire booking without refunds, and settlement of the full and final bill. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any violations.
