Please Note: For this villa, bookings will only be confirmed against 100% advance
payment. We recommend that you make the payment within 36 hours of confirmation of availability. The owners mandate that the villa will only be blocked on reciept of full payment. Due to any reason incase the villa booking does NOT materialize, your refund will be initiated with 2 bank working days.

- Cancellation between 15-29 days prior to the check in date – 50% refund
