The villa's plush living room is the perfect space to relax and unwind with its super-sized sofas, bar, and an 8 seater dining table with a fully equipped island kitchen.
The living and dining area lead onto the pool deck and private garden, with an outdoor bar. Bask in the sun and dive into the pool with the serene backdrop of the hills.

This luxury villa can accommodate between 4 to 10 people, with an option to rent from 3 bedrooms up to 5 bedrooms.

Ground Floor: The ground floor opens into 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: Approx. 350 sq ft bedroom with a King Size Bed, wardrobe, TV with Tata Sky and a private garden sit-out.
Bedroom 2: Approx. 300 sq ft bedroom with twin beds, a walk-in wardrobe and a private garden sit-out.
Bedroom 3: Approx. 340 sq, ft bedroom with a King size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, TV with Tata Sky and a private garden sit-out.
First Floor: The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
Bedroom 4: Approx. 340 sq ft bedroom with a King Size bed, wardrobe, TV with Tata Sky and a large balcony overlooking the Chopra River.
Bedroom 5: Approx.270 sq ft bedroom with a King Size Bed, Wardrope and a private balcony with sitting.
Location
The Villa falls into the Chopdem Village, a stone’s throw from Siolim and Morjim where you can shop for amenities, groceries, wine stores and have all the major banks. If you require basic amenities, there are two general stores 5 minute walking distance from the villa that are open till 10pm and also have a delivery service.
The Villa is hardly a 20 minute drive to all the best shopping, restaurants and bars in Anjuna, Assagoa and Vagator.
Beaches & Experiences
The closest beaches are Morjim & Ashvem and further down is Mandrem and Arambol. The beaches are one of the most tranquil yet bustling with several shacks, to uber cool beach front restaurants.
With the hip Morjim belt just a short 10 minute drive away, you have access to some of the nicest dining experiences in Goa - Trip, Burger Factory, Sublime, La Plage and more are all there!
The Villa is also located quite close to the jetty where you can get yourselves on a luxury sunset cruise. Do let us know if we can arrange one for you!
House Rules

- Children must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool. We do not provide a life guard. We advise no swimming for children post sunset.
- Unbreakable glassware is provided for you for use around the swimming pool.
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas
- We request you to close the deck and balcony doors when you are not in the rooms and also in the evenings to avoid mosquitos and other inhabitants of nature.
- We humbly request you to switch off the ac’s and lights when you are not using your room.
- As per government rules, music cannot be played on high volume in outdoor spaces post 10pm. We will not take responsibility if authorities are alerted of noise disturbances.
- We wish for you to enjoy, relax and keep your troubles away at the Villa and bask in all of Goa’s glory. In saying so we also request to take care of this beautiful home we have built for you…

Had the best time with family on this trip and the main reason was your Villa. Spectacular to look at - from the rooms, to the pool, to the living room - it's breathtaking!
The staff was nice and courteous, The location is perfect next to the best beaches of North Goa
