A tall glass sliding door at the left of the entrance foyer leads into the high-ceilinged living room. On one side, this spacious living area overlooks the greenery and the hills in the front of the property, while on the other, it opens out onto the verandah and swimming pool. The period furniture in the living room adds to its charm, while the large windows on either side ensure it is always well-ventilated and lit by plenty of natural light.

At the far end of the living room, a tall glass sliding door leads to the dining area, which also looks out onto the swimming pool and the garden at the side of the house. A powder room for guests adjoins the dining room, and a corridor leads from it to the kitchen and staff quarters, which are located on the lower ground floor below it. A set of double doors in the dining room open out onto the verandah and the swimming pool.

The pool area, which can be accessed directly from the entrance foyer or through the living or dining rooms, is finished in white mosaic and also offers a space for outdoor entertaining and dining. On one side of the swimming pool, is a veranda or deck that runs its entire length, while a high wall with exposed stone masonry runs along its other side.

The villa is well appointed with efficient but discreet service staff led by Manager Mahesh who is also the chef.

Mahesh has a wonderful habit of fulfilling your every need if its available in Goa! He has worked and learnt cooking with a chef in a prominent restaurant and can whip up local Goan, Indian and Mediterranean delicacies with equal ease.

In addition, a cleaning lady, gardener and pool service person complete the staff at the Villa.
