The Villa has a truly enviable beachfront position: the peaceful and relatively empty parts of the popular beaches of Candolim and Calangute are mere steps away. Only a handful of homes in Goa offer such direct access to the beach.

Overview:
Entering the exquisitely landscaped villa is like discovering a hidden paradise. At the end of a winding beach path leading off the main Candolim road, this remarkable 1.5-acre property leads right up to the beach, its lavish gardens ending just where the soft sands begin. Lemon, mango, and chikoo trees, scores of tall swaying palm trees, vibrant bougainvillea, and exotic flowers make this a fabulous tropical retreat, with the distinctive Goan charm of the laidback ‘sussegado’ beach lifestyle. A heavenly turquoise swimming pool is the central draw of the property. It’s a hard life, deciding whether to lounge poolside or walk across the gardens to dip into the cerulean blue of the Arabian Sea.
The tasteful and airy living spaces at villa consist of three distinct buildings: the two-storey main house with three rooms and two poolside guest villas with 2 rooms each. The villas were recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, linens and other utilities. Built to bring together the warmth of the Goan sun, the freshness of the sea breeze, and the cooling fragrance of the surrounding greenery.
The spaces are furnished in a chic bohemian style that values elegance, simplicity and clean lines. Embellished with contemporary art, modern furniture, and singular antique pieces, The Villa is a welcoming melange of sophistication, comfort, and just the right amount of luxury to befit its extraordinary beachside locale.

The Main House(Villa 2):
The ground floor consists of a luxurious open-plan living and TV lounge, extending out to a relaxing outdoor veranda. A powder room has a shower area overlooking the private outdoor courtyard.
A custom designed, fully equipped modular kitchen, filled with sunlight and views of The Villa’s special bamboo grove. An inviting marble-topped island is the perfect spot for a lazy breakfast. Outside, a charming poolside dining area for 8 -10 people is set right above the magical private garden.
The serene master bedroom on the first floor offers a postcard-worthy panoramic view of pool, garden and Arabian Sea. A room for dreaming, glowing sunsets, and deep sleep. A polished desk overlooks the front garden, and the king-size bed, large closets, and expansive en-suite modern bathroom make this space a sublime treat.
The Second Bedroom shares a connecting door with the master bedroom, making this room ideal for children or close friends. A king-size bed, tall slanted ceilings, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and sea complete the warm and cozy space.
The Third Bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a special position: one wall of windows offers sparkling pool and ocean vistas, while the bay windows create a lovely reading nook nestled above the bamboo grove. Leave the windows open at night to welcome in the sounds of the waves.
Villa 3:
With its east-facing bay windows opening to the private garden, the fourth bedroom embraces sunrise, but also the scent of the ‘queen of the night’ flowers that drifts in at dusk with the sea breeze. A traditional 4-poster queen-size bed leaves plenty of space to spread out, slow down, and take in the poolside panorama. A large en-suite bathroom offers extensive closet space and multiple windows.
Bedroom 5 is designed for those who love the sea. The bay windows face west towards the setting sun, and invite in the sea breeze and a soundtrack of the waves. A massive king-size bed, striking antique closet, and poolside spectacle complete the space. A large en-suite bathroom boasts a his-and-hers double sink and multiple windows.
The shared veranda has a Portuguese-style slanted tiled roof, providing a shaded haven for afternoon reading and tea-time gatherings. A connecting door between Bedrooms 4 and 5 also make these rooms ideal for a family with children.
Villa 1:
Villa 1 is a two bedroom cottage surrpounded by gardens, with its own private balcony. The Goan slated roof is there as is a vibe that is unmistakably Goan.
Two rooms with attached modern ensuite, airy windows with green views complete this womderful holiday villa which allow guests to holiday together yet have their own space when required.
Outdoor Areas:
Greenery abounds at the Villa. Delightful gardens wrap around the front and back of the house and link to the bamboo grove and private garden adjoining the dining area. An expansive grassy landscape sweeps up over one of Candolim’s last remaining sand dunes, with a special handcrafted path leading directly to the beach.
A private sheltered courtyard welcomes visitors to the main house, and both villas lead out to tranquil outdoor verandas. The villas are brought together by the luminous swimming pool set in an expansive terracotta-tiled outdoor area. This central space is ideal for sun-lounging, gathering for sunset cocktails, or enjoying an al fresco dinner under the stars.

"This villa is truly unbelievable! These pictures do no justice to just how stunning this place is. Picture this.. lush green trees and a lawn as far as your eye can see, a huge spacious house with lots of natural light seeping in, a deck where you can laze or read by yourself, or dance and mingle with your friends which also overlooks a massive swimming pool.... and that's not even the best part.. all this opens out right onto the beach! While it is located between calangute and candolim, you will only ever notice that you are in your own private beach haven. The owner as well as the staff on property are super helpful and were as excited as us to plan a surprise bday! From arranging cabs to buying groceries the staff was always willing to help. This villa has the perks of a hotel (swim towels and complimentary breakfast!) with all the advantages of an airbnb (homemade crabs and your own pool! ). Honestly it was hard to leave! It's a no brainier if ur looking for an escape with luxury, your own pool & jus a 2 min walk to the beach. A brand new Villa has been introduced in the Estate. A two-storey, pool-facing house with 5 bedrooms all with attached ensuite, a living room and a self-service pantry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
