This luxurious villa, built on Calangute beach in Goa, is the ideal family sunshine destination with the sea just a short four minute walk away.
Villa Grande consists of The Main House and The Beach House. There are four large, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms in The Main House that can sleep up to 10 guests. The Beach House has 2 double en-suite AC bedrooms which will increase the group size to 14 guests. All rooms are rented together to one party.

The villa has a fitted kitchen, granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and water cooler. The lounge is located at the centre of the house complete with satellite TV, iPod dock, sound system and DVD player facilities.
We know a holiday should not be filled with rules but please take note of these 5 main rules while enjoying your stay at this and other special Villas.
1. No glass by the poolside or sunbeds. Please use the plastic glasses provided. If glass is broken in the pool the whole pool must be emptied and you will be charged
2. Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10:00am. Our staff have daily duties to be getting on with after the allotted breakfast time so please ensure you rise in time. The table will be cleared by 10:30am latest!
3. Turn off fans, lights and air conditioning when you are not in the rooms. If left on, these will be turned off by staff while you are out. It only takes 5 minutes for the AC to cool a room down
4. Use the safety deposit lockers provided as we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any missing items that should have been deposited
5. The Villa is a family ancestral home. Please look after it as if it were your own.
The perfect place to enjoy the famous Goan sunset sky is on The Sunset Deck, accessed via a spiral staircase from the rear veranda. After a hard day at the beach and a wonderful warm shower, enjoy a sundowner whilst gazing at the stunning sunset-filled sky – life is good!
Our beautiful infinity pool, surrounded by coconut trees, has a large sunbed area and is for the exclusive use of the villa guests. A pool bar is situated next to the swimming pool. There is also a cabana for those pleasant afternoon naps. The dilemma is whether to relax around the pool or take the short walk to the beach!
Villa Grande is a luxury home stay, self-catered property, we also do provide an Indian as well as Continental breakfast. There are a number of good restaurants close by who will deliver take-away meals to the villa. The staff can occasionally provide meals, organise parties and barbecues – these can be discussed with the manager and are charged separately.

Amazing place, 1st class. Everything about the place is great, from the pool, house and staff. Henry and Laxmi couldn’t have done enough to help and accommodate our every need from day to day. The place was kept immaculate and tidy as well as all the organisation with the party. I was initially unsure about my in laws travelling to india but they had the time of their life and they said the villa was very special and can’t wait to return someday, I think that will be sooner than later. Beautiful villa perfectly located 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main road. The villa is maintained to a very high standard and the pool area is the perfect relaxing area in the sun. The staff were welcoming from the day we arrived, cleaning the rooms every day and helping with any questions. Will definitely go back when next in Goa!!
