Behind large gates and enclosed within green creepers, is a cozy garden with big palms, pepper and coconut trees that lead into the house with a large airy living room with high ceilings, comfortable lounge sofas and a stunning rustic dining table for 8

The living room flows into the verandah which also doubles as a pool deck.
The pool has several areas to bask and lounge in; truly catch the Goan Sun
Three large, comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor (with kingsized beds). Two are ensuite. The heritage designed powder room has a shower and can easily double as the bath for the bedroom located close to it. As you move further into the house, on the ground floor is the First Master Bedroom with ensuite and features an additional outdoor shower.

First Floor Master (Bedroom 4)
The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and has its own private balcony that overlooks the backyard garden and pool. It has an attached bathroom, that leads to an outdoor shower area.
The Villa's interior style is clean, heritage Goan with interior accents, furniture pieces collected from travels far and near.
There is patio furniture on the porch of the house, enclosed in its very private nook with the house, pool and green garden. Makes for a wonderful outdoor dining experience. As well as many nooks and sitting areas apread through the villa.
The villa is well staffed with full time help at hand. They also ensure that your breakfast is a scrumptious one. The kitchen(located next to the living room) is large and extremely modern.Its a modular kitchen equipped with all mod-cons.
