Privacy & Policy

This website does not collect, save or store any personal information from visitors who simply browse the site, unless you voluntarily and intentionally provide it to us. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge or consent. Any personal information requested on our website is necessary to perform a particular service, such as processing your reservation. We request personal information from you in order to process online reservations — you must provide contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number and email address) as well as financial information (credit card number and expiration date, etc.) for us to process your reservation. This information is used for billing purposes and to reserve a villa. If there is a problem with a reservation, the information provided also allows us to contact you.

Agents, contractors or marketing partners of Goa Villas For Rent who have access to your personal information are required to keep that information confidential and not use it for any purpose other than carrying out the services they are performing for us. Goa Villas For Rent will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any outside organisation for marketing or solicitation without your permission.

Goa Villas For Rent is committed to the security of the data collected on this website and treats all information you provide us as confidential. We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect the privacy of credit card information, name, address, email and other information you provide us. To better serve you when using this site, we also use "cookies" to help us recognise your preferences and selections.

Goa Villas For Rent and our third-party marketing partners may use cookies, invisible pixels, local shared objects (persistent cookies) and web beacons to obtain information about website users. Cookies are small text files placed on a computer or mobile device when you visit a website or use an app. Our website may receive and store certain information automatically based on your browser settings, which may include your browser type and operating system, the pages viewed, IP addresses or unique device identifiers, and sites visited before or after visiting our website.

You can set your computer to warn you each time a cookie is sent, or turn off all cookies, through your browser settings. Some mobile devices store cookies in app-specific areas that browser settings cannot control — check your device's app settings to manage these. If you do not accept cookies, some features or services on our website may be affected and you may be unable to complete certain transactions or access certain content.

We use the following types of cookies on our website and apps:

• Session cookies, automatically deleted once you close your browser.
• HTTP request header information, to make our website function correctly and personalise content presented to you.
• Cookies used throughout the online reservation process, to remember your search dates, check availability, and complete your reservation.
• Cookies that measure usage of various pages on our website, to help us make information more accessible.
• Cookies that provide functionality such as online reservations and other features we believe are of value to you.
• Cookies that track guest response to our advertisements and website content.
• Cookies used to compile aggregated statistics about an email campaign, via our service providers.
• Third-party advertising cookies, used to serve and manage ads relevant to you, and to learn which ads bring visitors to our website.

Goa Villas For Rent and its third-party service providers also use web beacons and pixel tags to track guest response to our advertisements and website content, and to help us better target advertising, enhance customer support and site usability, and provide offers we believe would be of interest to you.

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal indicating your preference regarding cross-site tracking. We currently do not respond to DNT signals; however, as noted above, you can exercise choice over the information collected by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. We also work with third parties who use tracking technologies on our website to provide tailored advertisements on our behalf and on behalf of other advertisers. These companies may collect information about your activity on our site and your interaction with our advertising, and use this to determine which ads you see on third-party websites and apps.

Please be aware that third-party websites available through links on goavillasforrent.com each have their own separate privacy and data collection practices. We have no control, responsibility or liability for these third-party policies or actions, and cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you disclose to third-party sites.

Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children. If we are notified or discover that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to our website, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. We do present information about family and kids' amenities on our website for the reference of adults interested in activities suitable for children.

This website is subject to Indian law. Goa Villas For Rent will disclose personally identifiable information without your permission when required by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activity toward guests, visitors, associates, or others, or toward property (including this site).
