Last Reviewed 2026
These terms govern every booking made with Goa Villas For Rent. Please read them alongside your booking confirmation — the cancellation policy below is the section guests ask about most.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday due to reasons beyond our control, all efforts will be made by us to arrange alternative accommodation. If, despite our efforts, a similar alternative is not available, we will refund all monies paid by you to us. This offer will not apply in cases where the cancellation is a consequence of non-payment of any part of the holiday cost.
If a cancellation, loss or damage arises due to force majeure — such as acts of god, strikes, industrial action, war, disturbances of any kind, government actions, erratic water or electricity supply, or damages caused on account of the above — we shall not be held liable.
We shall not be held liable for any accidents at the pool or beach, or due to slips and falls, during your stay with us.
As regards documentation for visa, stay and travel in Goa, and currency regulations in India, you are advised to contact your travel agent for up-to-date information.
Last-minute discounts or any other discounts during High Peak season are not valid. All discounts are at the sole discretion of management.
Any dispute arising shall be filed in the competent court having jurisdiction over Goa, India.
