Ameliora is a hilltop sea-view villa in the prestigious Katamanda Estate above Kata Noi, Phuket, designed with clean, contemporary Thai architecture that makes the most of its elevated position. Four en-suite bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, arranged around a 12-metre infinity pool that's regularly regarded as offering some of the best sunset views on the island. The estate setting means guests benefit from shared amenities including a gym and tennis court, alongside the privacy of their own villa and pool. Air-conditioned bedrooms, hi-speed WiFi and daily housekeeping keep the stay comfortable throughout, while a private chef is available on request for guests who want meals prepared in-villa. Free parking is included within the estate, making it easy for guests arriving by car. Kata Noi's hillside setting puts Ameliora within easy reach of Kata and Karon beaches, as well as Phuket's wider dining and nightlife scene, while still offering the calm of an elevated, gated estate. Ameliora suits couples, small families or groups of friends looking for a contemporary villa with genuine sea views, resort-style estate amenities, and the flexibility of full-service support throughout their Phuket stay.
With 4 bathrooms and space for up to 8 guests, Ameliora is well suited to family holidays and group getaways alike, with the villa's full-time staff on hand throughout your stay.
