Assagaon Mews 1 brings 3-bedroom luxury villa living to Assagao, North Goa — a private, fully staffed retreat that sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort. Set inside a gated complex of mews-style villas, it has its own private pool plus access to the large common pool shared across the complex, with balconies that look out over the greenery and the water below. Inside, the 3 bedrooms are finished in a warm, characterful style — carved wood headboards, patterned tile floors, soft linens and plenty of natural light — while the living and dining spaces flow together around a fully equipped modern kitchen. The stay includes a villa attendant, a cook for breakfast (groceries billed as actuals), a property manager, caretaker for the day, daily housekeeping, evening turndown, hi-speed WiFi and 100% power backup, and an in-house concierge can arrange restaurant bookings, gin tastings, yacht parties and itineraries. Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out at 11 am, with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000. Assagao has become North Goa's most sought-after village address, its lanes lined with boutique cafes, concept stores and art studios, yet still edged by paddy fields and coconut groves just minutes from Anjuna and Vagator. Assagaon Mews 1 suits a relaxed family holiday or a break with friends, combining a private, professionally managed villa with easy access to North Goa's beaches, markets and restaurants.
