Villa Pascha 1 brings 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury villa living to Verla Canca (Parra), North Goa — a private, fully staffed retreat that sleeps up to 8 guests in comfort. Inside, Villa Pascha 1 is laid out across 4 en-suite bedrooms (4 bathrooms in total), with light-filled living and dining areas that open onto the pool deck and garden. The interiors lean into a relaxed, contemporary style — clean lines, natural materials and plenty of natural light — built for groups who want their own space during the day and a shared living area to come together in the evening. Interiors throughout the villa favour clean, contemporary lines paired with warm natural materials — wood, stone and plenty of glass — so the light-filled living spaces feel calm rather than clinical, and every bedroom is finished to the same considered standard as the shared areas. The stay includes a private cook for all meals (groceries billed as actuals), a property manager, caretaker, daily housekeeping, evening turndown, hi-speed WiFi and full power backup. Tucked into the Verla Canca countryside near Parra, this address offers genuine rural North Goa calm — paddy fields and village lanes — within easy reach of Saligao and Candolim. Villa Pascha 1 suits everything from a relaxed family holiday to a larger celebration with friends, combining a private, fully staffed villa with easy access to North Goa's beaches, markets and restaurants.
